Arturo Barbosa, founder and project manager, has dedicated the last six years of his construction career to working with residential home builders on developing housing projects of various sizes. With strong experience in team management and project execution, Arturo ensures organized and timely completion while maintaining strong customer relationships. Before transitioning to residential, Arturo spent four years in commercial construction as a drafter specializing in shop drawings for buildings such as mixed-use podiums, parking garages, and high-rise towers. His focus on quality and precision distinguishes him in the field, making him a valuable asset to any team. Arturo earned his bachelors degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, a certificate in Engineering Design from Renton Technical College, a PMP certification as well as also holding an osha 30 Certification. With all the skills, knowledge, and education needed in the construction industry, he is here to ensure your project is successfully completed with 100% customer satisfaction. Quality first.

Kevin Lopez, Co-founder and Project Manager, has dedicated the past ten years to the structural aspects of the commercial industry. His expertise lies in overseeing various ground-up projects including hotels, office buildings, mixed-used podiums, residential buildings, and parking structures. He has also contributed to the development of several high-rise towers that define the Seattle skyline today. With a strong background in project management and operations, he possesses exceptional problem-solving skills that ensure timely execution of tasks, even in the face of challenges. Kevin obtained a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington, a Certificate in Engineering Design from Renton Technical College, and is also a certified CAPM professional with his osha 30 certification to complement his qualifications. Kevin’s transition into residential construction is driven by his passion for growth and his ability to tackle challenges, which enables him to excel in delivering successful projects.
